The Employee Benefits Committee discussed dental coverage options. Minutes show Health Partners would impose a 5% premium increase with the same plan design and that an orthodontics plan, if offered, would need to apply to all subscribers rather than exist as a separate plan. Delta Dental was presented as an alternative with two plan structures: one including orthodontic coverage and one without.
