The Land and Development Committee reviewed appraisal requests and minimum-bid recommendations for a set of parcels. BID 16-26 (requested by Douglas County) carried a recommended minimum bid of $11,000; other requested minimums included $15,000 for BID 28-26 and smaller minimums of $1,000–$3,000 for parcels requested by Tyler Moen and Michael Manley.
