Staff presented Resolution 2026‑34, a temporary construction easement on County Road 120 to allow Florida DOT to perform bridge replacement work in roughly the same location. Staff told the commission the easement expires at project completion and that the project is not scheduled for construction until 2028. Commissioners confirmed there is no county financial obligation associated with the easement and that DOT will restore the right‑of‑way when work is complete.
