Matt Mikowiak, representing Information Services, requested approval to renew the county's Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM and HCM licenses for 12 months (October 2026–September 2027) at a not-to-exceed price of $788,632.82 and to extend Oracle HCM learning application licenses for up to $88,543 (a reduction from the prior year). Mikowiak said Oracle Cloud provides software and management of financial and HR services for county agencies.
