The Chair brought Item 3 to the bench seeking approval to select the engineering firm listed in the transcript as "ice engineers" and to authorize Work Authorization No. 7 for Precinct 2 ARPA-funded engineering services for the Petranilla Pond project. Commissioner Gonzales moved to approve and Commissioner Pusley seconded; the Chair said previous issues had been resolved and the motion passed unanimously.
