Michelle Raver introduced herself during the public-comment period as a candidate for state delegate in District 36 and said she wanted to listen to local concerns and build partnerships with municipal and county officials. "I am Michelle Raver, and I am running for delegate in District 36...I wanted to introduce myself and start building a partnership with the counties and the local governments," she said.
