During the regular session on Sept. 8, the Wells County Council approved an additional appropriation for the Local Road & Street fund on a motion by Brandon Harnish, seconded by Steve Huggins; the motion carried 6‑0. The council then approved additional appropriations for Supplemental Adult Probation, Supplemental Juvenile Probation, and the Court Interpreter Grant on a motion by Steve Huggins, seconded by Brian Lambert; the motion carried 6‑0.
