The council gave second consideration to Ordinance 052025-UBCA, which amends portions of Title VI of the City Code covering "Billing Charges." Councilmember Geis moved the measure forward and Councilmember Paine seconded; the vote was recorded as Roest, Sogard, Paine, Geis and LaSourd voting in favor.
