The City of Duncombe Council adopted a Fiscal Year 2025 budget amendment on June 18, 2025, after opening and quickly closing a public hearing with no members of the public speaking. Councilmember Paine moved to adopt the resolution and Councilmember LaSourd seconded; the motion carried on a unanimous vote of Roest, Sogard, Paine, Geis and LaSourd.
