The Duncombe City Council took up a Floodplain Management Ordinance identified in the minutes as No. 12012025 and approved its first consideration on Dec. 17. Following the initial approval (motion by Sally Paine, seconded by Sogard), the council voted to waive second and third considerations (motion by Nicole Roest, seconded by Geis), with the minutes recording the vote as Roest, Sogard, Paine, Geis, LaSourd, M/C.
