Board approves minutes and transfers justice program into Health & Human Services

Chair Burrows moved the meeting to routine business and took two actions by voice vote. First, the board approved the Sept. 15, 2026 meeting minutes on a motion by Oelke, seconded by Lattic; the chair called for a vote and the motion carried after all present responded 'Aye.'
