The board approved a FY27 Rural County Transportation Program (RCTP) Agreement between Jackson County and the City of Andrew for $25,000 on Sept. 29. Supervisor Nin Flagel moved and Supervisor Mike Steines seconded the motion; the vote was recorded as Aye: Schwenker, Steines, Flagel.
