The Faribault County Drainage Authority voted unanimously Sept. 15 to appoint Barr Engineering to complete an inventory study on CD20, with an estimated cost of $32,500. Commissioner Tom Loveall moved the appointment and Commissioner Greg Young seconded; the motion carried without objection.
