Committee approves underground electrical easements with Wisconsin Public Service for airport and EAA facilities
The aviation committee approved multiple underground electrical easements with Wisconsin Public Service (WPS) to provide three-phase power to private and EAA facilities on the airport campus and to support EAA's Discovery Park development.

During the Oct. 7 meeting the director reviewed three easement items with Wisconsin Public Service. The first was an underground electrical easement to install three-phase power to a Sonix facility; the director told the committee that corporate counsel had reviewed the document and that the next step would be facilities committee and county-level approval.
