The City Commission approved a replat to split 2516 East 14th Street (Morris Addition, Block 8, Lot 13) into two equal lots, allowing one triplex on each resulting parcel. City staff advised that the lot is zoned residential multifamily, measures 14,144 square feet and already contains two triplex units; staff reported that its February review requested no additional changes and that the proposal meets Chapter 17.65 and Appendix A of the city's unified development ordinance.
