Commission considers permitting chickens and apiaries with special-use permits

Planning Chair Shirey described a compromise approach that would allow chickens, poultry and apiaries under a special-use permitting regime. The Commission identified Article 16.22 as the location for the change, suggested removing overlapping language from Article 3.29, and noted the current three-acre restriction could be revisited if the option is adopted.
