Staff will begin permitting for Pelican Sound gatehouse renovations using the Village of Estero application; Board discussed combining monument and gatehouse projects, drawing formats, bids and funding sources, and directed that detailed renovation backup be omitted from future agendas.

The Board heard that staff can start work on permitting for the Pelican Sound gatehouse renovations and will coordinate with RG Architects to provide clean building elevations. Charlie Krebs said the Village of Estero provided the application and staff will start the application this month.
