Charlie Krebs, District Engineer, told the Board the application for Pelican Sound gatehouse renovations has been submitted to the Village of Estero and draft bid documents were sent to District Counsel and the District Manager for review. He said checks were issued by Bowman Incorporated and that, after counsel approval, staff will prepare a public advertisement seeking sealed bids and set a submission deadline.
