The Planning Board said the DEIS's stormwater section must be updated to reference the current SPDES permit rather than the 2010 permit and must include empirical testing and a complete Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). The board requested on-site infiltration testing to support the preliminary design and an SWPPP that addresses stormwater quality and quantity for the 1-, 10-, and 100-year 24-hour storm events and conforms with the latest NYS DEC design manual.
