County launches electronic licensing and reporting forms for haulers; first submissions received

Staff (S3) described new digital forms for waste-hauler licensing and for monthly reporting. Rather than mailing paper applications or sending large PDFs, S3 said "Every year, I can just send a link. People can go online, renew their license, and pay online this year." She reported receiving the first September submission through the new system.
