The Cedarburg Plan Commission approved a conditional-use permit for Brooke Wiegand, doing business as InTouch Therapeutic Massage LLC, to operate a licensed massage-therapy business in the lower-level tenant space at W65 N640 Saint John Avenue in the B-4 office and service district.
