Council approves landscape RFP revisions and sends scope to bid
Council directed staff to add Town Hall service, leaf removal, increase mulching frequency and add an alternate pricing option to the grass-cutting/landscape RFP; the council voted unanimously to put the RFP out to bid.

Administrator Erin Braband presented a list of items staff requested to include in the grass-cutting/landscape RFP, noting services at Town Hall and leaf removal for all town properties needed to be added. President Newnam asked that mulching be increased to twice a year and requested an alternate price line for contractors to include materials or for the town to provide materials.
