County planning staff presented a development agreement and Plat Number 1596 for the Summit Ridge project, a six‑lot commercial subdivision adjacent to LaFayette Station. Staff said the developer has signed the development agreement but the required surety bond had not yet been received; staff asked the board to approve the agreement and the plat, and to hold the plat recordation until the bond is provided.
