County staff presented a quote from Murphy Elevator Company for a WERtec cellular-phone device to be installed inside an elevator at 3317 Grand Line Road to bring it into compliance. "The amount is $3,956, for a WERtec device, which will be a cellular phone within the elevator itself to make it compliant for use," Creeby said.
