The Floyd County commissioners voted to approve the Springfield Administrative Plats (plat no. 1598) during their Sept. 1 meeting. County staff presented the plat, describing a proposal to split one lot into four in a rural residential zoning district and to permit a modification allowing each lot its own driveway.
