Stevens County approves multiple ditch repair contracts, awards Schaefer Excavating $28,277.77
The board approved ditch repair work on several county and joint ditches. Joint Ditch 2 work was awarded to Schaefer Excavating for $28,277.77; County Ditch 3 and County Ditch 15 bids were awarded to Wagner Company at reported amounts $21,510.65 and $21,416.35, respectively.

Scott Erickson, the county's district inspector, gave the board an update on three ditch petitions and the bid results. Erickson reported three petitions and multiple contractor responses after the petitioned areas were surveyed.
