The Madison County Board voted to approve a rezone to allow Cornerstone Guttering to locate at a newly purchased property currently zoned General Commercial. Planning staff said the petitioner had received favorable technical review and that the Madison County Planning Commission forwarded a favorable recommendation after a Sept. 9 hearing.
