Zayo permits delayed while landowner easements are finalized

Attorneys for landowners told the commissioners that Zayo Communications is still preparing updated survey and easement documents needed for landowners to sign, and they requested a two‑week delay. Brianna Schroeder, representing several landowners, said Zayo expected to provide updated survey measurements by the end of the week and the landowners wanted time to review and finalize agreements before permits issue.
