Cloud County emergency manager says Emergency Operations Plan will be submitted after state review

Makenna Haas, Cloud County Emergency Management, told the Board the County Emergency Operations Plan is due at the end of the month and that she is awaiting the State's review before formally submitting the plan to the commissioners for approval.
