On Sept. 8 the Cloud County Board of Commissioners unanimously proclaimed September 2026 as Recovery Month in Cloud County, calling on citizens, government agencies, public and private institutions, businesses and schools to recognize the importance of recovery and to commit to increasing awareness and accessible services for people with substance-use and mental disorders.
