Commission approves Rucker Road driveway request; public works reviews building bid
Public works recommended and the commission approved a residential driveway petition for Rucker Road (40-foot opening, 18-inch scour tube). Staff opened one bid for the public works office building -- Riley Construction submitted a $56,486 lump-sum bid -- and will return with recommendations after review.

Public works administrator Jeremy Myers recommended approval of a petition to allow a residential driveway access on Rucker Road with an 18-inch scour tube and a 40-foot opening to better accommodate agricultural vehicles. "I have no objection to that," Myers said, and the commission moved, seconded and carried the motion to approve the request.
