Planning & Zoning Director Missy Drake presented Resolution No. 2026-23 approving the final plat for Robert Ervin Estates Subdivision, which creates three lots within 52.00 acres in the south half of section 35, township 26 south, range 23 west. Chairman Gary Thomas moved to adopt the resolution; the motion passed unanimously 3-0.
