The board approved the minutes of the Sept. 15, 2026 meeting by voice vote after Chair Burrows called for a motion. Chair Burrows announced, “Motion by Oelke, 2nd by Lattic.” When no discussion followed, the chair called the vote and said, “Motion carries.”
