The Board completed the continued public hearing on the Gableman rezone project and adopted four separate actions to approve the project entitlements. Planning staff summarized the request: a general plan amendment, zoning map amendment, tentative parcel map and associated oak resources and watercourse management plans, plus exceptions to certain fire‑safe driveway standards.
