Planning staff gave a roundup of public and private projects. They said Main Street paving should happen soon (manhole adjustments and paving schedule), catch basins/drainage are to be addressed, and ASR2 (aquifer storage and recovery phase 2) should be operational by November to provide a redundant water supply. Staff also noted private apartment developments approved or under construction, and that some subdivisions (including Smith Landing) remain approved but not yet built.
