CDA approves temporary underground electrical easement for Commonplace Building 2
The Ashwaubenon Community Development Authority approved a temporary easement allowing an underground electrical service to power a job trailer for Commonplace Building 2. Staff said the easement will terminate once the trailer is removed; members estimated completion by the end of 2027.

The Ashwaubenon Community Development Authority on Oct. 6 approved a temporary underground electrical-service easement across CDA parcels VA-55-D and VA-55-C to provide power to a job trailer serving Commonplace Building 2 on McCarthy Way. The motion was moved and seconded and carried after a short presentation from staff and clarifying questions from members.
