The Advisory Plan Commission directed next steps on a proposed rezoning for the Community Center Park: Commissioner Seth McCormick and Joy Schmitt will coordinate with Town Attorney Christopher Willoughby to identify appropriate setbacks, coverage limits and related technical standards.
