The commission approved an emergency installation of three insertion valves on the city's water mains to improve emergency response on N. Douglas Ave and Yauney St. The motion authorized use of water fund balance totaling $23,850 and payment in the amount of $23,850 to Colt Services, Inc.; At-Large Commissioner Torrey Brown moved the measure and Second District Commissioner Steven Haigh seconded. The motion carried unanimously.
