Town Manager Chad Monday provided updates on two VDOT projects. He said the HSIP project will go out to bid in June with hoped-for construction in July or August. On the TAP project, he said VDOT moved it from FY26 to FY27, with bids possibly going out in July and construction beginning in September or October.
