After receiving six months of financial documents from Peterson Metz, commissioners voted to obtain a QuickBooks account and re-create year-to-date records with quarterly/monthly reconciliations to be provided by Peterson Metz.

Secretary Susan Schoonover provided a six-month status update after receiving documents from Peterson Metz. To improve bookkeeping and reconciliation, Pam Carroll moved and Matt Gaulke seconded a motion for the commission to obtain a QuickBooks account and re-create year-to-date records, with quarterly/monthly reconciliations supplied by Peterson Metz; the motion carried.
