The Jasper County Board of Supervisors voted to enter a closed session on Sept. 22 at the request of Ryan Eaton, citing Iowa Code Section 21.5(c) which permits closed discussion of litigation strategy. The motion passed with the recorded vote of Supervisors Cupples, Nearmyer and Talsma.
