Commissioners eye $3 million Road & Bridge transfer; Forrey/Helms intersection work planned
County staff proposed a $3 million one-cent transfer to Road & Bridge to fund paving and intersection work, including design for the Forrey/Helms intersection; Public Works Director Shane Parker said current funds don't cover all requested sections.

Commissioner Ramon Iglesias asked staff about an increase in the one-cent transfer to Road & Bridge; County Administrator Jennifer Davis confirmed the current staff proposal sets that transfer at $3 million. "We went from $1.1, to $2, and now we're at $3 million," Iglesias noted during the workshop.
