The Mono County Board of Supervisors on Oct. 6 voted to allocate settlement funds from Liberty Utilities to community‑driven recovery projects recommended by the Antelope Valley RPAC. Staff said the county received $1,138,254 and presented five prioritized projects; the board approved a $1,500 pilot fuels treatment to support a grant application and approved a staff‑recommended funding mix for the remaining prioritized projects.
