Commission staff told the Middle Smithfield Planning Commission that the conditional‑use hearing for the Mid‑Monroe Hoosier pump plan was continued after the applicant failed to appear at the scheduled session. Staff said most remaining plan comments were minor but that approving the project prior to the conditional‑use hearing would be premature.
