The Vernon County Board of Supervisors voted to dedicate the county’s new emergency management storage facility in memory of Ted Harris. Emergency Management Director Brandon Larson presented Resolution 2026-43, which recognizes Harris’s years of service to regional hazardous‑materials response and the Local Emergency Planning Committee.
