Adam, a presenter, told the redevelopment commission that the RDC has drafted its annual spend plan, which is due Dec. 1 and will be presented to overlapping units as part of the annual submission process. "And then secondly, the RDC annual spend plan, which is due December 1 in the annual presentation to units, we have those drafted," Adam said.
