After returning from executive session, the county’s legal representative asked commissioners for a motion to approve a proposed settlement with Swan Solar that conditions county reimbursement of enforcement costs on Swan Solar’s agreement to pay any attorney fees or enforcement costs. The board moved, seconded and approved the measure by voice vote.
