The committee agreed the Assistant to the Select Board, Leah Gage, should review the updated policy and procedure before the committee forwards it to the Select Board. Chairperson Karen Servacek will make the edits and send the document to Leah Gage, requesting placement on the Select Board agenda for June 2, 2026.
