The Unified Government of Cusseta–Chattahoochee County Board of Commissioners voted Dec. 3 to deny a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) sought by Janet Lopez to replace a 1990 mobile home at 105 Mustang Dr. with a new manufactured home. Commissioner Timothy Biddle moved to deny the request; Commissioner Gerald Douglas seconded and the motion carried among the seated commissioners.
