City Manager Tom Hanson reported to the council that the state's Tax Commission approved Washington Terrace's Truth-in-Taxation request, and that sidewalk replacement work has been progressing well this year. Hanson said a citywide survey will be distributed in a few weeks to gather resident input on city priorities.
